I find that many adult ESL students struggle with goal setting and time management because they tend to have a lot of other things going on in their lives as well as learning English.

My aim with this resource was to provide some useful strategies that students can use to set realistic goals and organise their time effectively while at the same time improving their language skills, especially their speaking and reading skills.
